Jockpot Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guide

To use jockpot's services, you must meet the following requirements:

• 1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age. If the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction is higher than 18, that higher age limit will apply.
• 1.2 You must register using your real name, address, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• 1.3 Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, email address, phone number, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• 1.4 After registration, you will need to complete the identity verification (KYC) process. A photo of your National ID or passport may be required.
• 1.5 jockpot cannot be accessed from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to know and comply with the laws in your jurisdiction.
• 1.6 jockpot reserves the right to reject any application or close any account, without obligation to provide a reason.

Keeping your jockpot account secure is entirely your responsibility. You are accountable for all activity carried out on your account.

• 2.2 Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited — including family members. Joint accounts are not permitted.
• 2.3 If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately at support@jockpot.best.
• 2.4 If your personal details change (phone number, address, etc.), update your profile right away.
• 2.5 Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be flagged as dormant, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with the applicable policy.

Jockpot's payment system is integrated with Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking platforms. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• 3.1 The name on the payment account used for withdrawals must match the name on your jockpot account or the name verified through KYC.
• 3.2 Depositing from or withdrawing to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.
• 3.3 Large withdrawals may be subject to Enhanced Due Diligence, which can take 24–72 hours to complete.
• 3.4 Any request for a deposit chargeback or reversal will trigger an investigation into the associated account, which may result in the account being closed.
• 3.5 The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT). Higher limits apply for VIP members.

• 4.1 The welcome bonus is for new members only — once per person. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed.
• 4.2 Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement — typically 10–35 times the bonus amount. Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is fully met.
• 4.3 Bonus funds cannot generally be used across all games — each bonus's terms will specify which games qualify and at what contribution percentage.
• 4.4 Bonuses have a claim deadline — typically within 7 days of your deposit. Any bonus not claimed within this window will be forfeited.

Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of your balance:

• Opening multiple accounts or using someone else's account.
• Manipulating bonus conditions or exploiting system vulnerabilities to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or funneling illegal funds.
• Using automated bots or software to place bets.
• Attempting to hack jockpot's systems or breach platform security.
• Registering using a false identity, forged documents, or another person's information.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to another person.
• Attempting to influence or manipulate the outcome of any game.

Jockpot believes gaming should be entertainment — not a source of harm. With that in mind, we offer a range of protective tools to help you stay in control.

All content on the jockpot platform — including logos, graphics, text, software, and game designs — is protected under the intellectual property rights of jockpot or its licensed partners.

• 7.1 No content on this platform may be copied, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission.
• 7.2 The platform may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
• 7.3 jockpot's brand name and logo may not be used on any third-party site or media without prior written permission.

Jockpot is not liable for:

• 8.1 Bets or games left incomplete due to an internet disconnection.
• 8.2 Losses caused by third-party technology failures.
• 8.3 Account information compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• 8.4 In the event of an unexpected technical failure (Force Majeure) or natural disaster that disrupts our services.
• 8.5 jockpot's total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the member during the relevant period, under any circumstances.

• 9.1 You can close your account at any time by emailing support@jockpot.best. Please withdraw any remaining balance before submitting your closure request.
• 9.2 jockpot reserves the right to close any account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• 9.3 If fraud or any illegal activity is confirmed, the account balance will be forfeited.
• 9.4 Even after an account is closed, KYC documents and transaction records are retained for a legally required period.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of jockpot's licensing authority. Any dispute will first be addressed through our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the licensing authority as a formal complaint.
